excellent experience in a historical building

fantastic location onsite parking clean room amazing service

this hotel boasts a genuinely fantastic location. The proximity to the Duomo was a definite plus. Having parking on the premises was convenient. I found the room clean and adequately sized. Breakfast offered a great selection. all personnel showed amazing service on-site.

the absence of an elevator in the historical building posed a minor inconvenience, particularly when carrying luggage to the upper floors. this required some additional effort.

breakfast was good and offered a variety of options including savory and sweet items. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and coffee available each morning, a great way to start the day before exploring. staff kept everything well-stocked.

the hotel's location is very central, only minutes from the Piazza Vecchia. this made sightseeing easy, allowing me to quickly access main attractions. the area felt secure, that added to the overall positive experience of exploring the city.

convenient location friendly staff plentiful breakfast

The location is EXCELLENT. It's a short walk to the main square. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had high-quality ingredients. It helped start the day well. The authentic decor and beautiful garden were good additions.

The parking was difficult to access. This is something the hotel could improve.

I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the main square, yet the area maintained a peaceful atmosphere. the room was a good size and featured effective air conditioning, which i really appreciated (it was so hot outside!). the staff were friendly and helpful.

access to the hotel proved a bit tricky initially, especially arriving late after a flight delay.
